Ad hoc Citywide MESH

To provide wireless network connection (this time for video transmission) to a flying helicopter all over the city.

• Broadcast Solutions engineers planned to install a dedicated ad hoc network
• Using just four (4) radios on designated points over the city and one (1) radio on a helicopter to form a MESH network
• Reaching more than 20 km distance with no line-of-sight communication with a bandwidth of 4-42 Mbps

If there is no existing infrastructure, you can install an ad hoc MESH network to establish communication even if you don’t have a line-of-sight.
