Service technician for HF, Audio, Video Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of service cases, from the initial inquiry to the final billing
• Telephone and mail support for the technical fault acceptance department
• Installation and equipping of satellite systems, including cabling; for both stationary and mobile systems
• Commissioning of HF, satellite, audio, video systems
• Customer training for RF, satellite, audio, video systems
• Capture, document and manage data and operations in the SAP system a
• Technical support of our planning department in the areas of HF-, Sat-, audio-, video technology
• Maintenance and troubleshooting work on HF, satellite, audio, video systems, also on-site at the customer’s premises in Germany and abroad
• Cooperation in the on-call service

Your convincing profile:

• Completed training as a radio-television technician or comparable with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in handling professional HF, satellite, audio, video technology
• You enjoy traveling and are willing to support our customers also abroad
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken / written), knowledge of another foreign language is desired
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong customer orientation
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills and determination with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner even in stressful situations
