To enhance our Operations Management in Bingen we are looking for a

Operations Management Assistant (m/f/d) 
for a part-time position 

Your tasks:

  • You will create minutes of meetings.
  • You will coordinate regularly recurring internal appointments and meetings.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the data of our projects in the software tools we use.
  • You will review the invoices from our external service providers.
  • You will organise internal maintenance and inspections.
  • You will manage paperwork and licenses for vehicle transfers and, on occasion, oversee the pool vehicles at the site.


Your Profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in business or technical fields.
  • You can organise yourself and possess strong communication skills.
  • Teamwork is your priority.
  • You are focused on finding solutions.
  • Stressful situations do not throw you off balance.
  • You are proficient in all MS Office applications.
  • Your excellent English language skills make you the ideal candidate for this job.
