Wireworx GmbH and Broadcast Solutions GmbH act independently
Wireworx GmbH, a subsidiary company of Broadcast Solutions and based in Stuttgart, was spun off from the Broadcast Solutions Group in November 2019 and will again act as an independent engineering office.

Jürgen Kössinger, previously managing director and partner of Broadcast Solutions GmbH, is leaving Broadcast Solutions and will from now on manage Wireworx GmbH as an independent company. This step guarantees the independence of both companies. Thus, Wireworx GmbH can fully concentrate on its core competencies as an engineering office in the planning and awarding of contracts as well as in public tenders.
Stefan Breder, CEO of the Broadcast Solution Group, explains the step: “Broadcast Solutions GmbH will continue to concentrate on the international orientation of its core business as a system integrator in the broadcast, media and public authority segment. This change will enable Wireworx GmbH to act more independently and freely in the future. I would like to thank Jürgen Kössinger for his work at Broadcast Solutions GmbH and the transformation processes that have taken place in recent years. I wish Jürgen Kössinger and the entire Wireworx team all the best for the future.”
