Grass Valley announces it has signed an enterprise pricing deal with leading outside broadcast (OB) truck manufacturing company and systems integrator Broadcast Solutions Group. The deal will see Broadcast Solutions commit to an investment of US$31 million over a five-year period to deliver on its strategic vision to develop mission-critical premium live content solutions for global media companies.

Streamteam Nordic and Broadcast Solutions open remote production hub for Finnish Ice Hockey
Finnish broadcast production company Streamteam Nordic has gone live with a new 4K/UHD remote production hub and virtual studio in Helsinki. The facility will handle all matches of the Finnish Ice Hockey League, which will be broadcasted by Finnish/Swedish telecom provider Telia via its IPTV service, set-top boxes and streaming platform, beginning with the 2018/2019 season.

Taking part in the Monitor Roadshow Broadcast Solutions Finland is travelling the Nordics to show their system integration know-how and cutting-edge products. The Monitor Roadshow starts with four dates in Finland from September 3-6 stopping in Jyväskylä, Tampere, Turku and Helsinki. The second leg of the tour will take place October 22-25 in southern Sweden hitting cities Malmö, Göteborg, Linköping and Stockholm.
