Broadcast Solutions to present solutions for wireless data transmission and mobile command centres

Important key topics at this year's PMRExpo include the security of critical infrastructures, broadband solutions and secure communication channels in challenging situations.

The presentation at booth B45 will focus on IP mesh networks (MANet) in conjunction with MIMO wireless solutions from SILVUS Technologies. Furthermore, there will be various mobile drop kits at the booth, to be used as ready-made solutions according to requirements and applications, incorporate mobile command kits, mobile power kits, PTZ repeater kits, and more.

Accessory solutions such as body-worn kits or helmet cameras, integrated into a MANet to transmit live video streams and communication data from the scene to the command centre or to provide location data of the team members, can also be seen at the booth.

At stand FZG2, the company will present an example of its mobile operations and command centre (M4), which is based on a Mercedes Sprinter van. The vehicle can be used for situational awareness, covert investigations or networked operations and integrates a command, control, communications and computers (C4) suite with optimised storage and logistics. Furthermore included are information and video management systems, intelligent power management (autonomous operation up to 12 hours) and intelligent IP mesh and MANET solutions for operations control and communication with teams on site.
