Your mission
- Plan, produce, and edit video, photo, and audio content for our digital channels, events, and communications initiatives.
- Use your knack for storytelling, you develop creative content tailored to specific audiences for social media, our website, the intranet, and other platforms.
- Provide editorial support for national and international projects, trade shows, and events, transforming them into attention-grabbing content formats.
- As part of our content team, you work closely with marketing and other departments, contribute your own ideas, and continuously refine content and formats.
- Support the further development of our content and communications strategy with the goal of increasing visibility, reach, and brand awareness.
- Stay on top of the latest social media, marketing, and communications trends and provide fresh inspiration for our content work.
Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a media designer for image and sound, hold a degree in a media-related field, or have comparable practical experience and ideally, some initial professional experience.
- Hands-on experience producing video, audio, and photo content. Motivated career changers are also welcome.
- You have a knack for technology and are familiar with lighting, camera, and sound equipment, as well as video and image editing using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and occasionally assist with designing graphics for social media and digital campaigns
- A good sense of storytelling, visual language, and communication tailored to specific audiences.
- Ability to work independently, enjoy taking on responsibility, and tackle tasks proactively.
- Positive attitudes (possibly with a sense of humor) and remain calm even during stressful times.
- Occasional business trips are no problem for you.
- You are eager to work in an international team and have excellent German and English skills.
