Your mission

Your Role
As Chief of Staff, you will support the executive management team of the Broadcast Solutions Group in strategic, organizational, and operational matters.
In this role, you will take ownership of strategic projects across the group, prepare key decisions, and support their successful implementation. You will work closely with the executive management team, our subsidiaries, and central departments, acting as an important link between all stakeholders involved.

A key focus of this position will be supporting strategic initiatives, company acquisitions, and the successful integration of newly acquired companies into the Broadcast Solutions Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic special projects on behalf of the executive management team
• Analyze new business areas, markets, and growth opportunities
• Prepare business cases, decision-making documents, and management presentations
• Support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities
• Plan, manage, and follow up on post-merger integration processes
• Develop structured integration plans together with specialist departments and management
• Coordinate integration projects between newly acquired companies and the group’s central functions
• Ensure that strategic decisions and measures are successfully implemented across the group
• Support organizational development and change management projects
• Analyze company key figures and support topics related to budgets, business plans, and cash flow
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops, management meetings, and strategic projects
• Align and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of group-wide initiatives

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, management, finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Ideally, a master’s degree, MBA, or a comparable additional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a dynamic, medium-sized, or internationally active business environment
• Experience independently managing and implementing cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics, structure them clearly, and turn them into concrete actions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of business and financial contexts
• High level of initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and new technologies, combined with the ability to naturally use modern AI applications in daily work to achieve better results in less time
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• High level of confidentiality, loyalty, and personal commitment to delivering high-quality work
