Your mission
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and manage project and proposal data in our business systems, including SAP Business ByDesign and Monday.com
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support project tracking and decision-making
- Assist with resource planning and regularly compare planned versus actual project capacity
- Help document, improve, and streamline internal processes and workflows
- Organize, coordinate, and follow up on internal meetings
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with customers and suppliers
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project cash flow forecasts
- Research relevant tenders and requests for proposals, and help prepare bid documentation
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other administrative project documents
- Maintain and update standard proposal templates and supporting materials
- Act as a liaison between the Project Delivery and Marketing teams, helping showcase successfully completed projects to the market
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial, business, or technical field
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with customers and suppliers in a professional environment
- Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign, Monday.com, or comparable systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
- A proactive mindset with a high level of reliability and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities at the same time
