To support our continued growth, we are looking for a PMO & Delivery Manager to join our headquarters in Bingen am Rhein, Germany.

Your Role
As our PMO & Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that internal projects, improvement initiatives, and organizational changes are executed in a structured, transparent, and accountable manner. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, track responsibilities and milestones, and make sure agreed actions are followed through to completion.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Project Management, Quotation Management, Group IT, and senior leadership. In addition, you will take ownership of our central project and collaboration platforms, particularly Monday.com and SharePoint, helping to drive consistency, transparency, and efficiency across the organization.

• Coordinate internal cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives
• Independently manage assigned work packages from planning through documented completion
• Track actions, responsibilities, deadlines, and success criteria to ensure timely execution
• Maintain a transparent overview of ongoing projects and internal initiatives
• Collect project updates and prepare concise status reports and management dashboards
• Identify delays, dependencies, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions early, and proactively address them
• Prepare and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and review sessions, including action tracking and follow-up
• Own and continuously improve our Monday.com environment, including boards, workflows, dashboards, standards, and data quality
• Create training materials, deliver user training sessions, and support colleagues in adopting standardized processes within Monday.com
• Coordinate project-related SharePoint activities, including permissions, project workspaces, document structures, rollouts, and migrations
• Support the implementation and ongoing development of internal systems and business processes, including CRM and digital transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and independently implement agreed actions
• Prepare decision-making material and summarize key issues for stakeholders and management

Your profile

• Post-secondary education, university degree, or a completed business or technical qualification
• Several years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Delivery Management, or a similar role
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and change initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• Experience with Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms is considered an asset
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A structured, self-driven, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear and professional communication skills combined with confidence and diplomacy
• A solid understanding of organizational structures, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills
• A clean criminal record (proof required)
