Your mission
- Overall responsibility for all HR-related topics in Germany
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the HR team (currently 2 employees)
- Management of all personnel administration and HR operations
- Drafting and continuous development of employment contracts and HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with German labor law and employment regulations
- Supporting and further developing strategic HR processes
- Supporting M&A integrations and organizational development during periods of growth
- Responsibility for the recruiting strategy, filling key positions, and strengthening the employer brand
- Actively advancing a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial company culture and strengthening leadership capabilities throughout the organization
- Supporting and managing change processes (organizational development, growth, and integration)
- Establishing and implementing meaningful HR controlling and reporting structures
- Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to management and leaders on all HR-related matters
Your profile
- Completed commercial/vocational qualification; ideally complemented by a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Employment Law, or Business Law
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR leadership role, ideally within a medium-sized, internationally operating company
- Sound knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations
- Strong hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and HR controlling structures
- Fluent German and strong English language skills are essential
- Strong execution capabilities and a confident professional presence
