Your mission
- Completed training as communications electronics or equivalent degree.
- Lead the on-site installation of studio systems for customers in Germany and abroad.
- Deliver the installation work while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
- Plan staffing and lead the team.
- Provide technical coordination of the installation team on site.
- Confident handling of system-specific connectors and devices.
- Identify and fix wiring faults.
- Work closely with project managers.
- Take part in customer and coordination meetings on site.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on the construction site.
Your profile
- Completed training as communications electronics or equivalent degree.
- High level of organizational and communication skills and self-organization.
- Experience in the management of employees.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible working hours.
- High level of teamwork and responsibility.
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- Secure handling of common MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Good English knowledge, both written and spoken.
- High degree of willingness to travel.
