For our headquarters in Bingen we are looking for a

Senior Service Technician for Audio, Video Technology (m/f/d) 

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of service cases from inquiry to final billing
• Telephone and mail support for the technical fault acceptance department
• Commissioning of audio, video, satellite systems
• Customer training for audio, video, satellite systems
• Capture, document and manage data and operations in the SAP system
• Technical support of the planning department for audio-,video-, Sat technology
• Error analysis for audio, video, satellite systems
• Maintenance work, error analysis and troubleshooting on audio, video, satellite systems, also on-site at the customer’s premises in Germany and abroad
• Cooperation in the on-call service

You convince with your profile:

• Completed training / studies in the field of media / communications engineering or related activity with approx. 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in handling professional audio, video, SAT, HF technology
• You enjoy traveling and are willing to support our customers also in other countries
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken / written), knowledge of another foreign language is desired
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong customer orientation
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills and determination with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner even in stressful situations
