Commercial Clerk - Purchasing (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Processing of purchase requisitions and order proposals in coordination with the specialist departments
- Triggering purchase orders with suppliers
- Enquiries and negotiation of supplier offers
- Supporting the bid/project management in the preparation of offers
- Master data maintenance of suppliers and articles
- Creating and processing supplier returns
- Keeping track of delivery dates/order monitoring
- Maintaining and deepening contacts with suppliers
You convince with your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained initial experience in purchasing.
- You have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and excellent negotiating skills.
- Customer orientation, the ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure and independently are among your positive characteristics.
- You have very good MS Office skills and, ideally, have experience with SAP Business ByDesign or another ERP system.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
