Senior Manager Governmental Projects & Solutions (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Governmental Projects & Solutions, you will take full responsibility for projects from bid preparation through to successful delivery and customer handover – both nationally and internationally.

Your tasks:

  • Preparing system proposals based on public tenders and customer enquiries
  • Advise customers, clarify technical issues, and create tailored solutions
  • Design technical system concepts with internal specialist departments
  • Negotiating with potential suppliers and presenting proposals to customers
  • Planning, conducting and evaluating technical feasibility studies
  • Monitoring milestones, schedules, budgets and contractual project execution
  • Prepare meeting minutes, coordinate customer appointments, and make project-relevant decisions
  • Support acceptance processes, contribute project documentation, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

You convince with your profile:

  • Completed technical training or a technical degree
  • Experience in the design and operation of RF networks is an advantage
  • High sense of responsibility, strong organisational skills, team spirit and a structured, solution‑oriented working approach
  • Excellent technical system understanding combined with commercial awareness
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working with public authorities and relevant standards is desirable
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
