For our head office in Bingen am Rhein we are looking for a
Order processing clerk* (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Recording, confirming, executing and checking customer orders in German and English in coordination with the relevant interfaces.
- Conducting customer correspondence in German and English.
- Requirement notifications to the purchasing department.
- National & international dispatch planning, creation of shipping documents.
- Deadline and process monitoring.
- Preparation of product and order calculations.
- Invoice control, monitoring of incoming payments and, if necessary, support in the dunning process.
- Compilation of intra-trade statistics.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training.
- Professional experience in order processing, customer service, processing and internal sales.
- Technical understanding is an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and business process software (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Good foreign language skills, especially English B2 level in spoken and written.
- Personally, you are characterised by a high degree of commitment, reliability and strong team spirit.
