For our head office in Bingen am Rhein we are looking for a

Process Manager* (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for implementing and developing process management strategies in our company.
  • You will analyse and optimise existing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • You will lead continuous improvement projects and work closely with various departments.
  • You will carry out internal quality assurance analyses and analyse optimisation possibilities.
  • You will train and coach employees in lean methods and tools.

 

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a medium-sized company.
  • You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and a proactive way of working.
