Commercial Assistant (m/f/d)
Scope of employment from 75% - 100%
Your tasks:
- You welcome and look after our guests and customers.
- You are the first voice on our switchboard.
- Independently looking after our cash desk and our pool vehicles is one
of your central tasks. - You are the point of contact for all colleagues when booking business trips.
- You support the accounting and HR team in their tasks.
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You have a talent for organisation and enjoy working in a team.
- You have a talent for improvisation and stressful situations don‘t throw you off you
from the concept. - A good command of English and a confident use of MS Office applications are a matter
of course for you.
