Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Trade Fair Organization: You plan, prepare, accompany, and evaluate national and international trade fairs.
- Cross-team Collaboration: You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners such as exhibition builders or advertising agencies to successfully implement our projects.
- Contributing to Marketing Projects: You actively bring in your ideas and support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives.
- Project Coordination: With your structured working style, you guide projects from the initial idea to final implementation.
- Office Organization & Material Management: You ensure smooth daily office operations, coordinate communication, and take care of ordering (promotional) materials.
You convince with your profile:
- You have a commercial education with a marketing focus, a marketing degree, or a comparable qualification – career changers with marketing experience are also welcome.
- Initial professional experience in trade fair organization is a plus.
- You are an organizational talent, work in a structured and goal-oriented way.
- Independent work, taking responsibility, and proactively tackling tasks come naturally to you.
- You learn new things quickly and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- You combine a positive attitude with humor and remain calm even in stressful situations.
- Occasional business trips are not a problem for you.
- You are eager to work in an international team, with very good German and English skills.
